Tour Desk does not add any fees, and as such, can not be held liable for any accidents, losses, injuries, damages, delays, expenses due to any action or inaction on the part of the operator, guide, rental company or his/her services. As the terms and conditions of each tour operator or car rental may vary, please read the terms and conditions of each operator you purchase/rent a tour/car from. Note that in the event the client requests a refund for any reason, Tour Desk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee to cover costs incurred.
